Doubleview Podiatry

Patient Information

What Should I Expect During My Initial Visit?

During your first visit to Doubleview Podiatry, we will conduct an in-depth evaluation, encompassing a review of your medical history and a physical examination focused on your foot and lower limb health. Depending on your condition, this may include gait analysis, biomechanical assessment, and diagnostic imaging to accurately diagnose and formulate a personalised treatment strategy, especially for concerns such as fungal nail infections, plantar warts, heel pain, or flat feet.

How Many Visits Might I Need?

The number of required visits will vary depending on your specific condition and the treatment objectives. Our dedicated team is focused on providing precise, condition-targeted care, ranging from orthotic therapy for flat feet to specialised treatments for conditions like Morton’s neuroma and gout, all aimed at enhancing your foot health and function.

Appointment Duration?

Your initial consultation will last around 40 minutes, ensuring a thorough assessment is conducted. The length of follow-up appointments will be determined by your unique treatment plan, typically lasting between 20 to 40 minutes.

What to Bring?

Please bring any relevant medical documentation, such as previous podiatry evaluations, diagnostic images, and a list of your current medications, to aid in a comprehensive review of your foot health.

Recommended Attire?

Comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to remove are recommended to facilitate a detailed examination and any treatment procedures.
